You’ll Work as a Team to:
1. Lead & Manage Projects with Complete Ownership
• Work alongside a high-performing team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Maintain accountability for all deliverables, balancing individual ownership with team collaboration to drive results.
• Keep projects structured and efficient by organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and managing deadlines—ensuring smooth handoffs between team members.
2. Deliver High-Quality, Efficient Designs Together
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to uphold our strict standards for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, minimizing redlines and securing first-time approvals from regulatory agencies.
• Refine design processes as a team, sharing insights and best practices to enhance accuracy and speed.
• Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across the team.
3. Expand our Business & Client Relationships as a Team
• Work together to generate new business opportunities, with each team member contributing to a steady pipeline of high-value projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring that we are positioned as the firm of choice.
• Take initiative in networking and business development, sharing leads and collaborating to grow the firm.
4. Manage Operational & Financial Responsibilities Collectively
• Coordinate with team members to optimize project timelines, invoicing schedules, and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure alignment between operational responsibilities and project goals, maintaining efficiency across the team.
• Support each other in meeting deadlines, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering outstanding client results.
BONUS: Apply Grade 4 Operator Expertise to Bridge Engineering & Operations
• Work alongside team members to optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine designs based on real-world functionality.
• Oversee plant operations as a team, sharing insights to improve long-term system reliability.
• Support other engineers by providing operational expertise that enhances project execution.
