Overview

This position, Senior Testing Engineer typically requires a minimum of 10 years of software development and automated testing experience. The job will require both the ability to work with Product, Engineering, and Data Analysis teams to validate requirements, and ensure proper code coverage for all projects. This person will be at the center of our automated testing and leading the development efforts for our e2e testing and monitoring system. Responsibilities Review requirements and acceptance criteria with product to verify they are concise and clear Validate that all acceptance criteria are covered under automated testing Monitor automated testing, log bugs, create new work items for improvements, and work with other teams to get issues resolved Manual testing, improve and maintain automated testing systems and processes, creating new tests to enhance coverage Provide guidance to teams on improving code testability and best practices in test automation Work with project managers to schedule and prioritize bug fixes Qualifications 10+ years of experience in automated and manual testing Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+ Experience with Databricks and big data testing Expertise in Pytest for unit, integration, and functional testing SQL experience Unit and Integration Testing Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools Some experience with cloud computing, preferably Azure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
