Responsibilities:
Test and analyze complex systems to ensure compliance and performance in production
Develop and execute performance, functional, behavioral, API, and 508 test scripts using applicable tools
Analyze test results, identify root issues, and recommend improvements
Coordinate with testers and developers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Participate in requirements meetings to understand business needs and ensure development meets criteria
Maintain end-to-end test automation pipeline and overall quality
Create detailed testing documents, including plans, cases, data, and scripts
Develop testing status reporting tools for stakeholders
Lead and own automated testing processes and frameworks
Promote automation-first approach to minimize manual configurations
Establish and maintain automation testing best practices and strategies
Communicate progress and issues regularly with stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement using feedback and metrics
Requirements:
Must pass public trust clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years, with valid passport and appropriate visas
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on testing experience (performance, functional, behavioral, API, 508)
5+ years of test automation experience on Salesforce Platform
4+ years of testing data-centric applications, healthcare datasets, APIs, and supporting UAT
Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Jira/Confluence
Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
Experience with large integration systems and large data sets from conception to implementation
Excellent English communication skills
Desired Requirements:
Knowledge of software development in Agile environments
Experience with CMS and Medicaid CHIP data
Experience with Copado Robotic Testing
Working Environment:
Remote work within Eastern time zone, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Occasional travel ( Benefits:
