Must be able to adopt to agile and innovative to solve business problems.Serve as the technical subject matter expert for an assigned area providing complex operational support to the organization. Ensure projects and department objectives are met in operational stability, efficiency, asset management, change control, performance management, metric development, security, integrity of systems, and delivered on schedule. Provide operational support 24*7 applications two time a month on-call rotation in addition to supporting after-hour deployments.The Engineer will oversee services with the end user in mind with high complexity of low to medium maturity. The candidate will be expected to work on multiple projects and applications and be able to collaborate in multiple engagements across the product teams. Operates with minimum supervision in a complex environment and serves as a Subject matter expert for the application under the portfolio assigned.
