What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex network solutions to meet business requirements and objectives - Collaborate with the Security team to enforce security best practices effectively and scalably - Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN and Wireless solutions ensuring optimal performance and security - Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend strategic enhancements to network infrastructure - Serve as a subject matter expert for complex network issues, providing guidance to resolve critical incidents

What is Required (Qualifications): - Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, SDN, and SD-WAN - 10+ years of professional experience in Network Engineering - 8+ years of experience with architecture and design - Strong understanding of network security principles and compliance requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 6+ years of experience in open-source frameworks - 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service - Highly proficient in architecture assessment and proposals - Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
