Senior Software Engineer Embedded within the Channel and Specialty Data Services (CSDS) team. Focused on processing and reporting large volumes of specialty pharma and MedTech data. This Senior Software Engineer operates a robust Oracle PL/SQL-based platform with legacy ColdFusion and JavaScript/jQuery front end, transitioning to .NET and React. Core Responsibilities: Lead full-stack development initiatives, especially around data ingestion, transformation, and reporting. Optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and packages and restructure schemas for performance. Enhance and support the ValueTrak application and associated reporting tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and analysts. Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of code and systems. Occasionally interview engineering candidates and support special projects. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in SQL / Stored Procedures and full-stack development. Strong understanding of APIs, relational databases, and data transformation. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Solid grasp of software development tools and MVC design patterns. Preferred Skills: Experience with .NET, ColdFusion, and Agile SDLC. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and associated webpack technologies. Familiarity with BI platforms and data warehousing tools. Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., QUnit, PyUnit). Knowledge of SOC2/HIPAA compliance and Big Data technologies. Education & Experience: Required: B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering + 8+ years of professional development experience. Preferred: M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering.
