Description ● Design, build, and scale Java 21 micro‑services that clear trades, settle cash, and orchestrate workflows across AWS. ● Lead our Postgres → Aurora migration—schema redesign, data‑model refactor, zero‑downtime cut‑over. ● Own end‑to‑end service health (SLIs/SLOs, load testing, feature‑flag roll‑outs, incident retros). ● Pair with Staff Engineers to slash batch‑processing times and remove Ruby stop‑gaps still lurking in the toolchain. ● Mentor engineers, review PRs, and drive pragmatic engineering rituals that balance delivery speed with uncompromising quality. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $95.00/hr.
