I am Hiring For: Senior Software Engineer - Automation
Location : Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid - 1-2 Days Onsite Weekly) Duration : 12 months (Possible Extension)
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Python and/or YAML , Ansible , and automation development . This role will focus on building and enhancing infrastructure automation solutions in a hybrid work environment based in Fort Mill, SC . Experience with Dynatrace and AWS is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure code using Python, YAML, and Ansible Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve automation frameworks and pipelines Support operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and processes Assist with monitoring and performance analysis (experience with Dynatrace is a plus) Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices Maintain clear documentation of developed solutions and infrastructure Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure automation Proficiency in Python and/or YAML Strong experience with Ansible Solid understanding of DevOps principles and automation best practices Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Nice to Have: Experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and observability Familiarity with AWS cloud services and automation tools Background in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
