What You’ll Do: Build and ship high-impact features across the stack Collaborate directly with founders and product teams to shape the roadmap Engage with customers to understand their challenges and build seamless and easy to use features Contribute to technical architecture decisions and early best practices Work in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality go hand-in-hand Help define the engineering culture at an early-stage company Work in person at least 3x a week What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong coding skills in Node.js Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar languages Experience working with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) A bias towards action, shipping features quickly while being comfortable with ambiguity and iteration Passion for solving meaningful problems that directly impact users We work with a range of portfolio companies actively hiring in San Francisco and New York across AI, healthtech, B2B SaaS, and developer platforms.
