Senior Software Engineer The Azure Core New Tech team is seeking engineers who are eager to automate how new hardware is verified, provisioned, and delivered to datacenters for Azure, High-Performance Computing, Office, and Edge Computing products within Microsoft. Our work is at the interface of software and hardware, with a focus on the managed code and architecture orchestrating the provisioning and validation of hardware but with frequent collaboration with hardware teams and direct debugging of servers and devices. We ensure the quality and security of hardware entering Microsoft datacenters. We are at the leading edge of new hardware platforms coming to the cloud. This opportunity will let you grow your skills in software and hardware by collaborating with various Azure teams, learning about the emerging technologies in the industry, and bring change to Azure.
The team provides a flexible working environment that enables both hands-on opportunities with hardware and hybrid work contributions. Hardware is accessible remotely.
