About the Role Dotdash Meredith is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Revenue Development team. Work Environment This position supports a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work in the office three days a week and remotely for up to two days. Your Responsibilities Engage in full-stack web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java.

Develop and integrate mobile application ad solutions utilizing ReactNative, iOS, and Android SDK technologies.

Enhance ad-tech integrations for our server-rendered websites and mobile applications, collaborating with consumer-facing teams to create innovative advertising solutions that boost user engagement and revenue.

Leverage audience and content intelligence platforms to identify new engagement opportunities and growth strategies.

Experiment with emerging ad technologies and utilize data analytics to provide informed recommendations to the business.

Your Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience with JavaScript, with a preference for vanilla JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with Java and NodeJS is advantageous.

Experience with mobile development technologies, including ReactNative, Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android).

At least 3 years of experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including knowledge of IAB Standards such as OpenRTB, OpenDirect, and VAST, as well as concepts like header bidding.

Solid understanding of API integration for backend and frontend solutions.

Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Git and Jira.

Compensation Salary Range: New York: $130,000 - $155,000; California: $125,000 - $150,000; Washington: $125,000 - $150,000; Illinois: $125,000 - $150,000. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
