In this role, you will help scale the company's simulation processes by automating complex workflows and enabling critical metrics for decision-making regarding the deployment of driverless robots. Responsibilities: • Build, integrate, and validate tools to automate the assessment of simulation realism and event validity • Develop agent models cross-functionally with teams in SDMA and Simulation • Synthesize large scale results in dashboards for consumption by key stakeholders including AI developers and executives Qualifications: Required: • 8+ years of industry experience in data-driven algorithm and metrics development that inform decision making • Experience with shipping large scale automation workflows • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Good cross-functional communications of complex subjects Preferred: • Experience in Scala, Spark, and/or Databricks or similar tools • Experience with autonomous vehicles Company: Zoox is an AI robotics company that provides mobility-as-a-service and self-driving car services.
