The Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead and shape Sprinter’s new Clinical Data Platform team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the systems that unify our clinical, operational, and logistics data—and make them usable across everything from AI to analytics to care coordination. What You’ll Work On We’re solving some deeply interesting problems at the intersection of data, healthcare, and operations: Uncover care gaps and predict patient risk through structured longitudinal data Generate pre-visit clinical summaries via LLMs grounded in patient history Standardize engagement + visit data across diverse EHR and claims formats Catch anomalies and errors in inbound medical data using automated validation ️ Build a robust data warehouse from the ground up—supporting ML, reporting, and downstream systems You’ll own key technical decisions and help build a small, senior team around you. Scalable & high-performance data systems: Designing, building, and optimizing data architecture, queries, pipelines, and integrations. Observability: Monitoring & alerting best practices. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a hybrid role with a 3-day-a-week in-office requirement in Menlo Park, California. While we are flexible with occasional work from home, we've built an incredible group of people who enjoy the team environment we've created, and our engineering, product, and design organizations are all currently co-located in the Bay Area.
