Base pay range $192,000.00/yr - $272,000.00/yr
ZeroFox is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to understand customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and assist in closing sales deals across various industry verticals. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives and customers, guiding them through the integration of our digital risk protection solutions, while conducting product training and creating tailored solutions to meet specific business requirements.

You will play a crucial role in articulating the technical aspects of our offerings and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of how our solutions can help mitigate their digital risks.
Role And Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, and develop technical solutions that meet their needs
Conduct thorough needs analysis and product alignment assessments to deliver customized solutions to clients
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, answering complex product and technical inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing high-quality support
Assist in the development and delivery of product training sessions for both external customers and internal stakeholders
Provide feedback to the product development teams to enhance product offerings based on customer insights and industry trends
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to digital risk protection
Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, contributing technical insights to help inform sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the cybersecurity or tech industry, typically obtained in 5+ years
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, digital risk protection technologies, and relevant market trends
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with solution selling approaches and a consultative sales methodology
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to deliver effective, tailored solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) is preferred
Desired Qualifications And Skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or comparable credentials are a plus
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
