About Ride Control Systems Engineering: We are seeking skilled Ride Control Systems Engineers to join our team in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will work within our Ride Studio on diverse teams, covering all aspects of ride control system design and implementation from concept to commissioning for innovative ride platforms. Design and develop control systems for complex ride systems, ensuring safety compliance. Perform systems engineering, defining user needs, and developing control strategies and algorithms. Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing control systems, researching new products and methodologies, and modeling dynamic systems. Collaborate with design professionals to implement ride control systems. Develop implementation plans, mock-ups, prototypes, test requirements and documents, and lead testing efforts. Required Qualifications: Fault-tolerant control system design experience. Extensive knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks. Highly proficient in industrial control system installation, integration, and commissioning. Solid understanding of communication protocols and functional safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in engineering design tools and automation systems architecture. Expertise in motor and motion control methods and components. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering field from an accredited university.
