Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior RFIC Design Engineer based in San Jose, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior RFIC Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of RF integrated circuits and systems. Day-to-day tasks will include working on RFIC design, simulation, and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing design performance to meet specifications. The engineer will also provide support for layout, validation, and characterization of RFIC designs.

Qualifications Design Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for circuit design and simulation Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in RFIC design for IoT or wireless communication applications is a plus
