Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanban and other information radiators. Facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning readiness by fostering the preparation of vision and backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings. Facilitates the PI planning event. Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Helps manage risks and dependencies. Escalates and track impediments. Improves the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps. Facilitates system demos and solution demos. Drives relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and helps them improve.

BS in Computer Science or similar technical.
8 years Management of an ART, Preparing, planning, and executing Program Increments (PIs),
Experience mitigating SAFe adoption resistance
Meeting committed objectives and measuring value outcomes
Engaging in Inspect and Adapt practices to drive continuous improvement
Experience creating tools, platforms, and environments for demos, product testing, and software releases.
Experience creating products, utilities, scripts, and tools to automate builds, deployment, and testing.
Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop business requirements and specifications
Ability to work on problems of limited scope and conduct analysis of data processes
Ability to work independently to complete project activities; possessing initiative to address issues and opportunities
Ability to implement solutions and identify operational or management issues

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college.
Minimum/General Experience: Recent work experience as a senior-level or technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. A minimum of seven (7) years recent experience in the direct performance of a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development at the user and kernel level, computer programming, and /or computer digital forensics.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
