Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing activities across the SDLC including Agile, DevOps, Lean, and Waterfall environments.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full coverage of business and technical requirements.
Identify automation candidates, configure tools like Selenium, UFT, Rational Functional Tester, BrowserStack, and write/execute automated test cases.
Perform detailed defect tracking and management, participate in walkthroughs, and ensure all quality standards are met.
Analyze complex system requirements, ensure testability, and support continuous process improvement through metrics and best practices.
Build and manage test environments in cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure; test applications across Windows, Linux, web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
Create SQL queries for backend validation and contribute to automation planning, mentoring, and knowledge transfer across QA teams.
Supervise QA activities, identify training needs, and ensure quality practices are followed throughout the delivery pipeline.
Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on QA experience, including test automation, scripting, and defect management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Rational Functional Tester, and knowledge of SQL and cloud-based QA environments.
Experience testing across client-server, web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
Proven leadership in QA teams, with the ability to plan, estimate, and report testing efforts and drive continuous quality improvements.
