[Job ID: 1045850] [Responsibilities] Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project teams to review project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements based on contractual obligations. Finalize and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. Perform schedule monitoring, updating, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present periodic Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports, including commitments and forecasts. Analyze subcontractor progress reports to identify deviations, delays, and risks; propose and follow up on corrective actions. Develop and update S-Curves, bar charts, manpower histograms, and other project control tools for clear visual representation of project status. [Requirements] Degree in engineering 6–7 years of hands-on planning & scheduling experience in the EPC sector (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 (version 6 and above). Strong capability in creating and interpreting S-Curves, bar-charts, and manpower histograms. Proven track record in successful technical delivery of medium to large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of project control systems, scheduling, and planning techniques specific to EPC projects.
