Department Summary Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs and implements process improvements to enhance performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support complex cross-functional projects
Leverages data and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and customer experience
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert, mapping processes (BPMN), documenting SOPs, and understanding operational impacts across the business
Develops roadmaps for tools and technologies that improve both customer and internal stakeholder experiences
Leads knowledge sharing by teaching back lessons learned and providing training recommendations to improve team capabilities
Builds strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and executives while mentoring and coaching team members for ongoing development
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college and university or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
Six Sigma/Lean certification (Black belt at a minimum)
Strong understanding of process tools and methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope
Knowledge of process automation tools, GenAI, AI/ML
Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus
Self driven with the ability to plan and organize their own work and the team’s work around expected deadlines
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; SQL, Python or any analytical tool experience a plus
Excellent communication (written and presentation) style; can easily create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients, as well as frontline to executive levels
Demonstrated ability to write technical procedure documents and process flows
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
