As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to develop, qualify, and scale semiconductor technologies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global foundry partners. You’ll shape the future of our products while ensuring manufacturing excellence and supply chain resiliency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with R&D and Business Units to evaluate new technologies aligned with roadmap goals. Drive end-to-end process transfer and qualification projects to support scalable and resilient manufacturing. Lead data-driven yield improvement and quality enhancement efforts across multiple technology platforms and fabs. Cultivate partnerships with foundry suppliers to drive engineering/operation excellence. Experience: 5+ years in semiconductor process, device, or product engineering. Proven track record of solving complex technical problems in development or high-volume manufacturing Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent team player and strong communication skills (verbal & written) Self-motivated with strategic thinking and leadership capability. Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
