Code & Design Ownership - Write production-ready Java/Spring Boot code daily; author ADRs and design docs for high-impact platform components. Platform Modernization - Refactor legacy modules, break monoliths into scalable services, and lead the charge toward cloud-native patterns. AI-Forward Engineering - Embed Copilot/Codex workflows, intelligent test generation, and data-backed decision-making into day-to-day practice. DevOps Partnership - Ensure CI/CD, IaC, and runtime observability keep pace with our ambitions. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, QA, and Customer Success to balance innovation with reliability-without line-management duties. Requirements
