We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer Specialist to join our Global Network Operations team. This role involves the design and implementation of cutting-edge voice and data network solutions, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients and business architecture. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise and data center-wide network solutions. Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving network communication issues. Engage with clients to gather information and coordinate network solutions. Conduct network performance monitoring and recommend improvements. Manage incident, request, change, event, and problem management across client environments. Research and implement innovative network technologies and solutions. Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and strategic technical direction. About You: You have a passion for networking and experience in a fast-paced network operations environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer support abilities. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects. Experience with Software Defined Networking and exposure to SDWAN technologies. A mastery of TCP/IP and advanced knowledge of routing and switching protocols. Experience with firewalls, particularly Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA. Proficiency with load balancing technologies such as F5 and Netscaler. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with 6+ years total experience in the network field. Relevant certifications like CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or CCDE are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as Python and Ansible is a plus.
