We’re seeking a Senior MES Engineer to lead and deliver innovative MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions for high-impact industrial projects in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies.

What You'll Do:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of MES solutions (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Sepasoft, POMS).
Interface with clients to understand and define requirements and turn them into actionable tech strategies.
Integrate MES with Level 2 and Level 4 systems (SAP, DeltaV, LIMS, PI, Maximo, etc.).
Apply your understanding of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards to real-world systems.
Guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-performance MES solutions that optimize manufacturing.
Serve as a project manager on small-to-mid-sized engagements.
Mentor engineers and serve as technical lead for critical engagements.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or Life Sciences are preferred disciplines.
10+ years of MES engineering experience in regulated environments (life sciences preferred).
Proficiency with EBR recipe configuration, GAMP5, ISA S88/S95.
Strong database, historian, and reporting skills (SQL, Oracle, PI).
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing projects, teams, and clients.
Residency in North Carolina, and ability to travel nationwide up to 25%.
US citizen or Green Card holder.
