We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join our Global Banking team, focusing on cloud implementation of the Corporate Lending platform in Azure. You will be part of a new Agile pod that will own the platform and guide its evolution.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance digital products and technology services for clients and employees
Apply diverse software engineering practices from user needs analysis to automated testing and deployment
Ensure solution quality, reliability, and compliance through digital principles and requirement implementation
Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve L3 incidents, and address root causes
Understand and advocate for client needs
Share knowledge with colleagues, assist with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Approximately 10 years of experience in full stack Java development within the financial sector
Passion for learning new technologies and practices
Strong decision-making skills with focus on long-term sustainability
Excellent communication skills, including presentations and technical writing
