Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team, with primary responsibilities focused on supporting cloud-based phone and contact center systems, and secondary responsibilities in network infrastructure support. This role requires expertise in unified communications, contact center technologies, and enterprise networking solutions. Primary Responsibilities : Cloud Communications & Contact Center Support Cisco Webex Administration: Manage and maintain Cisco Webex calling, meetings, and collaboration platforms. Five9 Contact Center Management: Support and optimize Five9 cloud contact center operations, including call routing and queue management, agent desktop configuration and troubleshooting, integration with CRM and business applications, and performance monitoring and reporting. VoIP System Support: Troubleshoot voice quality issues, call flow problems, and system integrations. User Support: Provide technical assistance for phone system users and contact center agents. Secondary Responsibilities: Network Infrastructure Support Network Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. Vendor Technology Management: Work with multiple networking vendors including Cisco networking equipment, HP/Aruba switches and wireless solutions, Meraki cloud-managed networking, and Ruckus wireless systems. Network Security: Monitor network security, implement access controls, and maintain network policies. Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. Required Qualifications Technical Skills : 5+ years of network engineering experience. Strong expertise in Cisco technologies and Webex platforms. Proven experience with Five9 contact center platform. Hands-on experience with multiple networking vendors (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Meraki, Ruckus). Solid understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, and QoS implementations. Network troubleshooting skills using various diagnostic tools. Preferred Qualifications : Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) experience highly preferred. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent vendor certifications). Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments. Knowledge of network automation and scripting. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Work Environment: Occasional after-hours support for system maintenance and emergencies. Collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Some travel required.
