We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Endpoint Engineer to manage and streamline our endpoint ecosystem, spanning Linux, MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. You'll play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable solutions for endpoint management, OS and application patching, and security across our growing fleet. Core Responsibilities- Design and manage a scalable, secure framework for endpoints across Linux, MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Evaluate and drive next-gen technology adoption for client endpoints - spanning both hardware and virtualized offerings enabling cross-platform services (Azure VDIs, Amazon/Citrix Application Streaming)
- Implement automation workflows for deploying and configuring endpoints using tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
- Leverage MDM tools like Intune and Jamf to ensure consistent endpoint configurations and compliance.
- Automate OS and application patching with minimal user disruption.
- Deploy and integrate open-source tools like Chocolatey, Munki, or Crypt for endpoint management.
- Utilize APIs to extend system functionality, enable self-service workflows, and streamline processes.
- Monitor endpoint health and performance in real-time, implementing alerting mechanisms and self-healing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align endpoint strategies with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Train IT support teams and end-users on best practices for managing and using endpoints.
- 10+ years of experience with endpoint management encompassing Windows, Linux and/or MacOS.
- 5+ years of scripting or programming using languages like Python, Go, etc.
- Hands-on experience with code-based configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet.
- Operate in an agile sprint cycle environment
- Demonstrable experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, Jamf, WorkspaceOne
- Strong understanding of endpoint security principles, including patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience writing code using declarative configuration files.
- Demonstrated ability to design, troubleshoot, and thoroughly document solutions
- A user-first mindset with a focus on creating seamless and efficient endpoint experiences.
The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $191,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
