12–15 years of traffic/highway engineering experience

5+ years of supervisory or management experience

Experience with PennDOT, Turnpike, or similar agency projects

Strong command of AASHTO, MUTCD , and local/state traffic design guidelines

Proficiency in Synchro, VISSIM , or similar traffic modeling software
