Job Title: Senior High-Speed Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits, supporting both pre-layout and post-layout stages. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of cutting-edge integrated circuit designs. Key Responsibilities: Design and simulate high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits including TIA, limiting amplifiers, VGAs, FFE, DFE, and digitally-assisted analog components

Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations, including parasitic extraction and verification

Conduct top-level SPICE and mixed-mode simulations to validate system-level integration

Develop detailed block descriptions, design documentation, and comprehensive test plans

Analyze and interpret test and characterization data to validate design performance

Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in silicon-based high-speed circuit design

Proven expertise in impedance matching, return loss, jitter analysis, phase noise, budgeting, and feedback loop dynamics

Production-level experience with one or more relevant circuit blocks

Strong proficiency in analog/mixed-signal design including bandgaps, biasing, opamps, LDOs, and compensation techniques

Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools: Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE, StarRC, Calibre, and related tools from Synopsys and Siemens

Solid understanding of testing methodologies and lab characterization techniques

Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong team player

Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
