Responsibilities Contribute to the open source NeMo framework Develop and maintain state-of-the-art GenAI models (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models) Work on large-scale distributed systems for AI training and inference Improve AI/DL libraries, frameworks, and APIs Research and develop tools and infrastructure pipelines Publish results on Github and in scientific publications Qualifications PhD or Master's and 5+ years of experience in related fields Strong mathematical and AI/DL skills Proficiency in Python, experience with PyTorch or JAX Excellent debugging and performance analysis skills Preferred Skills Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal models Knowledge of large-scale AI training and system performance Experience with inference/deployment tools like TRT, ONNX, Triton Understanding of GPU/CPU architecture The salary range is $148,000 - $287,500, plus equity and benefits.
