This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned full stack engineer to play a central role in building a next-generation marketing platform. You’ll lead the development of scalable, performant, and innovative solutions across the stack—front-end, back-end, and infrastructure—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Accountabilities: Design and build end-to-end solutions powering a robust marketing platform, targeting users across devices and platforms. Develop and optimize both front-end interfaces and back-end services with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to translate business goals into technical solutions. Lead architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing systems and workflows. Champion best practices in testing, observability, and code quality. Participate in peer code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps practices. Continuously explore and integrate AI productivity tools to enhance engineering efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and React.js, including state management, async programming, and modern React (Hooks, Suspense, etc.). 3+ years of experience using TypeScript, especially in Node.js server environments and with strong typing standards. Proven expertise in HTML/CSS including responsive design, CSS architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and data visualization. Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL (with query optimization and schema design). Solid testing skills using unit and integration test frameworks. Experience with DevOps tools including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems. Comfort using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical implementations. Benefits 100% remote work within the United States.
