Stay ahead of tech trends by experimenting with new technologies, participating in tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.

Utilize a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with open-source relational and NoSQL databases, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside various AWS services.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience excluded).

At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree.

7+ years of experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.

4+ years of experience using open source frameworks.

1+ years of experience in a people management role.

2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

This role is based in Richmond, VA with a salary range of $175,800 - $200,700 for Lead Software Engineers.
