The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer engages in all aspects of software engineering, including setting up databases, back-end programming, and enhancing front-end interfaces. In this role, you'll tackle a diverse range of problems, from moderate to complex, and contribute to each phase of software development. Your responsibilities will include: Designing innovative software solutions Utilizing Azure Cloud Services and RESTful APIs Leading projects and guiding teams Managing user interfaces and experiences Overseeing back-end server management Providing strategic advice to executives on significant matters We are looking for candidates who possess: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience 8+ years of progressive IT experience in large-scale projects Strong expertise in software design, Azure Cloud Services, and RESTful APIs 2+ years of team leadership or project management experience Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree. Work from Home Requirements: You'll need a high-speed DSL or cable modem for your home office. Associates working from home in California will be reimbursed for internet expenses. A minimum speed of 25x10 (25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload) is required. Please note: Satellite and wireless internet are not permitted for this role. A quiet, dedicated workspace is essential to ensure the privacy of member PHI/HIPAA information. Travel: This remote position may require occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: Starting at $129,300 to $177,800 per year, based on geographic location and individual qualifications. This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
