The Bolton Group is partnering with a $1B, fast-growing technology company to search for a FP&A Manager, Revenue.

The position will lead revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred) 2+ years’ finance experience, focused on revenue forecasting in growth companies Strong modeling, Excel, and presentation skills Clear, polished communication style and consistent career progression
