Job Title: Senior Engineer – Production (Winding) Department: Production (Winding) Grade: Middle Level Target Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Position Summary:

Senior Engineer – Production (Winding) will oversee and execute LV and HV coil winding operations within the power transformer manufacturing process. This includes ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards while coordinating with internal teams and managing production activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Interpret winding drawings and technical specifications

Supervise or perform LV and HV coil winding activities

Ensure proper insulation, conductor handling, and dimensional control

Coordinate with design and quality departments for alignment and compliance

Maintain accurate production records and ensure process adherence

Lead and guide winding technicians, providing technical support when needed

Troubleshoot and resolve winding-related issues on the production floor

Requirements Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 4 to 12 years in power transformer manufacturing (132kV/220kV class only)

Industry Requirement: Experience must be specific to power transformer production; other industries are not eligible
