Under general supervision, Designs and builds highly efficient and comprehensive CI/CD platforms across Business Services and Infrastructure Engineering with DevOps principles in an Agile Environment.
Essential Functions:
Scopes, Designs, and Builds scalable and resilient CI/CD platforms for systems across business and environments.
Engages in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle.
Leads design sessions and topology reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization.
Executes CI/CD Infrastructure and Software delivery UTILIZING an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) for continuous delivery, Infrastructure as code, PowerShell scripting, Operation Portals (e.g., Azure Portal, Azure DevOps) and Monitoring Portals (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace and Application Insights) in a robust, timely and cost-effective manner.
Supports our migration efforts from Azure PaaS/IaaS services to Kubernetes (AKS), Docker containers or WebApps/App Services by collaborating with Developers, Network and Security teams.
Balances delivery of multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, MENTORS and SUPPORTS engineers at all junior levels, SHARES best practices and IMPROVES processes within and across teams.
Builds CI/CD infrastructure definitions for high availability requiring systems and leverages technical skills to troubleshoot across multiple verticals and develop deployment dashboards.
Represent the team and PROVIDE excellent 24x7 production support on an on-call rotational basis.
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.

Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
Must be able to multi-task and perform under pressure and stressful situations.
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information and follow processes that have been published.
Must be able to provide system training to team members as needed.
Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, professional oral or written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization.
Must have the following experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
3+ years of engineering experience with Infrastructure/Middleware or DevOps
3+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps and Cloud Architecture in Azure environments
3+ years of experience working with web servers and application servers
3+ years of configuration management experience
2+ years of experience working with monitoring tools
2+ years of experience with MuleSoft or similar Integration software
Experience with Change Management processes is a must, prior experience with tools like Helix (BMC) and Service Now is a plus
Annual Salary
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
