We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Elixir Developer to join our exceptional team. As a distinguished managed service provider, we are committed to excellence and continuously advancing the technology we develop. Our Hatch platform has transformed the supply, delivery, and lifecycle management of IT assets and services, and we aim to expand its capabilities even further. In this critical role, you will tackle numerous challenges by building and optimizing our full-stack services powering Hatch. You will work primarily with Elixir to craft scalable and maintainable code, while also collaborating on other technologies to ensure seamless integration across systems. Your expertise in Elixir, along with your understanding of other backend languages, will be essential. We are eager to innovate within IT lifecycle management, and your insights and experiences will play a vital role in guiding our software development practices. Responsibilities Design and develop robust software solutions for both internal and public web applications. Own a product feature from design through to delivery. Contribute to the design of large and complex solutions. Help shape the future roadmap of the software team and AHEAD. Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior staff. Qualifications Proficiency in Elixir and the Phoenix framework. Experience with Phoenix LiveView. Familiarity with various backend technologies and databases. A strong understanding and enthusiasm for software design, architecture, and usability. Demonstrated experience in good testing practices. Experience with build tooling, continuous integration, and containerization. Active participant in regular code reviews. Excellent communication skills. Experience with single-page application frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
