HTI is searching for a  Senior Electrical Engineer  for a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in industrial projects, providing detailed design and construction documentation for both new facilities and retrofits. The multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation, and electrical engineers, works closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that drive industrial growth and innovation.

What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in electrical design. PE License (or ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed). Strong technical knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and power system design (EasyPower preferred). Experience in industrial projects, including low/medium voltage power distribution, motor controls, and instrumentation. Proficiency with DCS, PLC systems, and control system networks. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and direct junior engineers.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Project Management & Engineering: Manage electrical design projects from concept through construction documentation. Coordinate electrical designs with other engineering disciplines and client requirements. Provide power system modeling using EasyPower Software. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with vendors, clients, and contractors. Direct junior engineers and designers on document production. Design & Technical Execution: Develop P&IDs in collaboration with process engineers and vendors. Oversee instrument loop diagrams, motor schematics, plan drawings, and lists/schedules using CAD software.
