In this role, you will lead diverse electrical engineering projects and mentor the next generation of technical talent.

Job Details Lead the design and integration of electrical systems across complex projects Mentor and develop junior engineers, spending ~30–50% of your time guiding their growth Own projects from concept to production, aligning teams toward technical excellence Collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to align on vision Participate in business development by providing early technical input and scoping support

What You *

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar 3+ years designing custom electronic systems (mixed-signal, digital, power) Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills Eligibility to work on export-controlled projects (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, etc.)

Bonus (NOT REQUIRED) if You * ***

Master’s degree or graduate-level R&D experience Background in consulting, startups, or fast-paced technical teams Expertise designing for aerospace, medical, or automotive environments
