Cogs is proud to partner with a highly successful engineering services firm based in Dallas. With over 50 years of sustained growth and success, our client is expanding their MEP division to meet the demands of a booming construction market.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated PE Licensed Electrical Engineer to join the team as a senior leader. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding and enhancing quality standards across multiple projects. You’ll enjoy high levels of autonomy, strong job security, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a wide range of commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead quality control efforts across commercial projects, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage project design and coordination from initiation through completion.
Identify potential issues, provide actionable solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.
Oversee contractor management and ensure all phases of the building process are completed to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For:
PE License and a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in commercial project design, management, and coordination.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage contractors effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
A track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
