What is the purpose of this role?
As Sr Director of Finance, your purpose is to lead the FP&A team whose functions include Forecasting, Budgeting, and KPI reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing these functions while reporting to the CFO and being a member of the Finance leadership team. The Sr Director of Finance is responsible for leading an agile team with the goal of adding value, driving financial rigor and ensuring key operations run smoothly. You will be a key partner to the business and interact frequently with Executive Leaders of the company both reporting results and engaging as an advisor.

What will you do?
Lead the FP&A function focusing on key pillars including management reporting, financial modeling, strategic financial planning, budgeting, KPI analysis, cashflow forecasting and efficiencies tracking.
Participate in financial materials preparation for the Board of Directors meetings.
Assist with SEC reporting including writing MD&A commentary.
Engage with Sales Leadership as the first point of contact for advice and analysis on go-to-market initiatives.
Lead the demand management process that directly influences inventory purchasing
Oversee the maintenance and development of our financial planning tools
What do you bring to DOOR?
10+ years of professional experience in FP&A and corporate finance
Bachelor’s degree required. CPA, MBA or CFA are preferred.
Experience managing and leading small teams
Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
Experience packaging and messaging financial presentations to Executive Leadership
Experience working for a public company with exposure to public company reporting requirements is preferred
Experience in a company that manufactures hardware and/or develops software is preferred
Experience with corporate finance and CRM systems including NetSuite, Abacum and Salesforce is a preferred

What is required (travel & physical requirements)?
Occasional Travel to DOOR locations & conferences.
