Are you passionate about enabling modern software delivery through automation, security, and reliability? As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our cloud-native transformation journey. You'll architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and embed DevSecOps best practices-ensuring security, scalability, and compliance in highly regulated environments.
You'll work hands-on across the Azure ecosystem to streamline deployments, enhance observability, and embed security into every layer of the engineering lifecycle.
Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD Engineering Design, build, and maintain scalable, multi-stage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and YAML for both infrastructure and application delivery. Integrate automated testing, compliance scanning, secrets management, and blue/green, canary deployment strategies into all release workflows. Champion GitOps practices, ensuring consistent infrastructure provisioning and release governance. Infrastructure as Code & Automation Develop and maintain reusable Terraform, Bicep, or ARM modules for Infrastructure as Code across environments. Automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and API-driven tools (Azure CLI, REST). Create operational automation to support self-healing systems, auto-scaling, and proactive fault remediation. Observability & Reliability Implement and maintain robust observability stacks using Azure Monitor, App Insights, Dynatrace, and Log Analytics. Build custom dashboards, health checks, alerts, and metrics pipelines to drive SLO/SLA compliance and reliability engineering practices. Collaborate with teams to embed monitoring into CI/CD pipelines and production workflows. Security, Compliance & DevSecOps Embed security controls and compliance checks into pipelines using Azure Security Center, Key Vault, Defender, Azure Policy, and other DevSecOps tools. Support enforcement and automation for FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, and similar frameworks in a SaaS environment. Partner with Security and Compliance teams to automate audit readiness and vulnerability remediation. Collaboration & Technical Leadership Serve as a mentor and escalation point for DevOps best practices across engineering teams. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical delivery plans that balance speed, security, and resilience. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through tooling, documentation, and internal community building. Required Qualifications
You meet our "must haves" for this role if you have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 8-10 Yrs years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles with significant Azure exposure Proficient in: CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, YAML pipelines IaC & Automation: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Bash, Python Azure Services: Compute, AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Blob/Table Storage Security & Compliance: Key Vault, Azure Policy, Security Center, Defender, RBAC, SSO/OAuth2 Networking: VNet, NSG/ASG, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute, VPN, Private Endpoints Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, custom metrics and alerting U.S. Citizens only Due to customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to gain and maintain Trusted Role is required. Preferred Qualifications
