Senior Design Engineer

Selectek is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to begin working with a great client of ours in Webster, NY immediately. This candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers on complicated designs, designing DEEP ground foundations solid, and taking info to provide solutions on their customers' designs to save customers time/money.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Requirements
- A Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
- Prior experience in geotechnical and structural engineering is necessary.
- Proficiency in foundation design, deep foundation systems, and design software is essential.
- Ability to perform both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in various CAD programs and Microsoft Office 365, are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach junior engineers is expected.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Must have access to an airport for monthly trips to Rochester, NY (if located outside the area).
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Pay Rate: $105k - $145k
