Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Emerson DeltaV control systems for capital projects. Develop batch sequencing , phase logic , and recipe structures using ISA-88 standards to ensure optimized production and compliance. Create high-performance operator interfaces using DeltaV Live and DeltaV Operate aligned with ISA-101 HMI design principles. Design scalable, class-based DeltaV architectures to support multi-line or multi-site deployments. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources , and client relationships to deliver successful outcomes on time and on budget. Specify and integrate electrical and control hardware, including MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and power distribution. Architect industrial networks using Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, and OPC UA. Oversee server infrastructure planning, including virtualization , redundancy , and cybersecurity . Support commissioning, FAT/SAT testing , validation documentation, and regulatory compliance (GAMP5, cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11). Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation standards and templates. Travel up to 25% for site visits, commissioning, and client collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering , or a related discipline. 8-15 years of hands-on experience with DeltaV in regulated life sciences environments. Deep knowledge of DeltaV Live , ISA-101 HMI design , and ISA-88 batch control . Proven experience leading full lifecycle automation projects. Expert in industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Foundation Fieldbus, OPC UA). Strong knowledge of cGMP , GAMP5 , and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Solid understanding of industrial networking and server architecture (virtualization, cybersecurity, redundancy). Strong communication, team leadership, and client engagement skills.
