Job Summary:The Senior Data Engineer will help build our data infrastructure. You'll work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and ready for powering analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases., reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities:
Design scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming) Build our data warehouse and data lake solutions Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to improve data availability and quality Implement data quality, observability, and governance best practices Support ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and data model design Contribute to the selection and implementation of modern data tools and frameworks Participate in on-call rotations for critical data infrastructure Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (Python) Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Prefect) Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Experience with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Strong collaboration skills Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment. Pay:The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:$138,380 - $254,111+ equity + benefitsThis range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
