The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer plays a pivotal role in developing and testing cutting-edge information security tools, applications, and system solutions at Humana. You will lead the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive products from concept to successful launch. Your responsibilities include: Designing and implementing protocols to protect sensitive data from breaches or attacks. Updating Humana's IT and information security infrastructures with the latest engineering solutions. Focusing on Identity Security Cloud, Approver Database, Service-Now, Request For Access (RFA), and IAMHub. Identifying and analyzing recurring patterns in identity lifecycle issues, determining root causes, and developing comprehensive remediation plans. This position requires you to exercise independent decision-making skills on technical approaches for project components, allowing you the freedom to define objectives and methods. Your experience and creativity will be integral to making a meaningful impact. Required Qualifications: 5 years of relevant work experience in IAM principles, technologies, and best practices. Experience integrating security policies and controls. Proficiency with scripting languages like Powershell and SQL Queries for remediation and automation. Strong incident management support within an ITSM environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and their IAM services, such as Azure. Experience managing NTFS permissions and ticket lifecycles for service support. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree. Experience with various IAM tools, including Identity Security Cloud (ISC). 5+ years of security administration experience. Industry certifications: CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, and/or CISM. Deep understanding of IAM account lifecycles and hands-on experience with Service-Now. This is a remote position; however, you must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed DSL or cable modem internet, providing a minimum standard speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload. Satellite and wireless internet services are not acceptable for this role. Occasionally, you may need to travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
