We are seeking a Senior Cost Engineer to play a critical role in cost planning, forecasting, and analysis across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects.

As a Senior Cost Engineer , you will partner closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to ensure that budgets are realistic, expenditures are tracked with accuracy, and cost controls are rigorously maintained from preconstruction through project closeout.

What You'll Do:

Lead cost management efforts across multiple active construction projects.

Prepare, monitor, and update budgets, forecasts, and cost reports with a high degree of accuracy.

Collaborate with the project team to validate estimates and evaluate financial performance.

Implement and oversee earned value management, cost trending, and change order analysis.

Utilize Procore software for real-time cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Review construction schedules and progress to support financial planning and risk assessment.

Present cost findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and executives.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of cost engineering experience within the construction industry.

Proven background working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use development projects.

Hands-on experience with Procore and other project management or cost control systems.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
