Job Details
* Design and commission PLC/HMI-based automation systems using GE Fanuc, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley * Develop electrical schematics via AutoCAD Electrical and manage full control system documentation * Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts * Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA79, UL, and ISO standards * Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to innovate control strategies and improve production efficiency * Maintain BOMs, safety systems, and start-up procedures * Occasional travel (10%) to support project commissioning and optimization
What you need:
* B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience * 7+ years of controls/electrical experience in manufacturing environments * Proficiency with PLCs (GE Fanuc, Siemens, AB RS500) and HMI tools (Panelview, WinCC, Wonderware) * Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical and VB/LabVIEW programming * Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA79, and machine safety compliance
