About the Role Skanska is seeking a dynamic Senior Construction Design Engineer to lead our engineering department. Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering functions in accordance with company procedures and standards. Provide technical input for estimating and bid proposals. Interpret external codes, regulations, and specifications. Offer value engineering guidance and sign/seal design packages. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plaxis, CivilTech, STAAD.Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction engineering or design, with projects of various sizes. Experience with pile template design, shoring, excavation support, marine engineering, etc. Professional Engineering license in the region. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 7 years of relevant experience; structural or geotechnical discipline preferred. Master’s Degree is a plus.
