We’re looking for qualified candidates to lead innovative infrastructure projects across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle—from concept through construction—while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring technical excellence. An Active PE License is required. Candidates without will be immediately disqualified. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: 5-7+ years of experience in Civil Engineering Active PE License Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and civil analysis tools (e.g., PLS-CADD, RISA-3D, MathCAD) Strong understanding of hydraulic, hydrologic, pavement, and site development design Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring teams Key Responsibilities: Lead civil design from concept through construction Prepare specifications, RFQs, technical bid summaries, and procurement recommendations Review vendor drawings and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams Contribute to project planning: scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and construction Apply expert knowledge to complex projects and develop innovative design solutions Conduct quality reviews of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation Oversee construction administration and field inspections Prepare and present technical reports for clients and publications Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities Lead proposal development and project performance reporting Mentor junior engineers and support QA/QC and safety compliance Location: Atlanta, Georgia Onsite expectation: 5 days on site Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 + Why Join Us?
